These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Suntrybe Supply Co. LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all content, features, products, services, and communications made available through SUNTRYBE.COM (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

If any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy governs that particular subject matter.

We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. By using this Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Informational Content: Any editorial, instructional, or promotional content is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes formal legal, medical, or professional advice.
Product Care & Safety: Follow the care instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and specifications provided for each item. Materials, uses, and care needs vary across apparel, accessories, home goods, and any specialty products offered. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the product's instructions is not covered by our voluntary refund policy; eligible arrival defects and applicable legal rights remain covered.
5. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND AVAILABILITY
Our catalog and services may change over time. We may offer physical merchandise, made-to-order or personalized products, and, where expressly listed, digital products, gift cards, or other offerings. Descriptions and any item-specific terms are disclosed before purchase.
- Pricing, product specifications, descriptions, availability, and features are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur regarding pricing or availability.
- We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders we cannot fulfill, including orders affected by material pricing errors or suspected fraud. If a paid order is cancelled, we will notify you and refund the applicable payment. Changes to listed prices do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order.
6. PAYMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways through Shopify checkout and the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card credentials on our servers. We are not responsible for processing errors, security failures, interruptions, or disputes caused directly by third-party processors.
7. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Products may be produced and fulfilled by Suntrybe or third-party manufacturers, print-on-demand partners, warehouses, and logistics providers. Shipping options and estimates vary by item and destination. Our Shipping Policy governs production, shipment delays, separate deliveries, and delivery issues; our Refund Policy governs eligible defects, transit damage, and incorrect items. Third-party fulfillment does not remove legally required remedies.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACK DISPUTES
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Final-sale and voluntary-return exclusions do not override the eligible defect, transit-damage, or fulfillment-error claims described there or rights required by applicable law.
You may contact us to help resolve an order issue, and you retain any valid rights to dispute a charge with your payment provider. Knowingly false claims, fraudulent chargebacks, or repeated bad-faith abuse may result in account restrictions and lawful recovery of proven losses. A good-faith refund request or payment dispute is not, by itself, abuse.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site—including text, graphic designs, product mockups, logos, button icons, images, brand names, code, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Suntrybe Supply Co. LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No right, title, or interest in any Site content is transferred to you. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, or content for public display or promotional use, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, format, and display that content for those purposes. You must have the rights needed to submit it. Private support messages and defect-claim photos are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not included in this promotional license.
11. COMMUNICATIONS AND DATA PRACTICES
Our data collection, analytics, email marketing, and messaging practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via provided unsubscribe mechanisms.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links, tools, or integrations provided by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the third party.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suntrybe Supply Co. LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suntrybe Supply Co. LLC, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within the State of Washington for any legal proceeding arising out of these Terms.
16. SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms as our products, services, or operations change. Revised terms govern use of the Site after posting. For an existing order, the purchase and policy terms applicable when the order was placed continue to govern that order, subject to applicable law.
