8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACK DISPUTES

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent claims, or bad-faith abuse of payment dispute processes may result in permanent restriction of access, account termination, and, where appropriate, legal action to recover costs and fees.
